Asst. Property Manager

Mia Blas serves as Assistant Property Manager at Common Walk Realty, bringing a detail-oriented and people-focused approach to supporting residents and the team. Mia helps manage the day-to-day operations of rental properties, ensuring tenants have a positive and seamless experience.

She works closely with Ivan Alfaro to oversee property management tasks, from coordinating maintenance and tenant communications to supporting leasing processes that keep properties running smoothly. Mia also manages social media and digital communications for Common Walk, helping residents, investors, and the community stay informed and connected.

In addition to property management and marketing, Mia assists with administrative systems that help streamline operations and support Common Walk’s mission of building strong, stable communities through affordable housing. Her dedication, adaptability, and clear communication create a welcoming environment for tenants and provide a reliable operational backbone for the team.

Outside of work, Mia enjoys spending time at beaches, lakes, and anywhere surrounded by nature, trees, and water.
