Shauna Smith is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in business marketing, personal branding, and real estate. At Common Walk Realty, she works with leadership to drive brand growth and support impactful business initiatives.

As the founder of TMM360, Shauna helps coaches, consultants, and business owners build their brand through marketing strategy, new websites, logos, and messaging that attracts new customers, investors, and social followers.

Her background includes over a decade in real estate, where she led Homewise Solutions and The Homewise Group as CEO—redefining how clients buy and sell property. This experience laid the foundation for her business development approach: building trust through strong connections and strategic innovation.

Shauna later expanded her entrepreneurial reach by co-founding Virtualive, a global virtual assistant firm focused on creating jobs and matching business owners with high-performing talent around the world. The partnership was launched with fellow entrepreneur Joie De Luzuriaga to support international collaboration and economic empowerment.

In every role, Shauna brings a client-first mindset and a passion for mentorship. Known for her open, energetic style, she helps teams communicate, collaborate, and succeed. She’s especially passionate about teaching effective networking and guiding businesses through product development, brand positioning, and market strategy.

A native of Hampton, Virginia, Shauna holds a degree in Human Resources and began her career in luxury hospitality—where exceeding client expectations became second nature. Today, she brings that same drive for excellence to every venture, helping others achieve the remarkable.
