Bob Amato brings decades of real estate experience to Common Walk Realty, with a career that began in the 1980s as a commercial agent in Long Island. He quickly advanced to lead the Commercial Division of a national brokerage, developing a sharp understanding of real estate operations and client service.

Over the years, Bob has worn many hats in the industry—commercial and residential agent, mortgage broker, and home inspector. His background also includes managing hundreds of successful fix-and-flip projects in the greater Arizona area during the last market downturn. His detail-oriented research and strategic insights have consistently delivered strong returns for investors.

As VP of Investor Relations, Bob collaborates closely with the executive team to oversee property acquisitions and exit strategies, ensuring investor capital is managed with transparency, integrity, and care.

Bob is known for his patience, thorough approach, and personable style. Originally from New York, he now resides in Lawrenceville, GA with his wife Tina and their son Ben. He’s proud of his close-knit family, including his eldest son Lee, who holds a PhD in foreign languages. Outside of real estate, Bob enjoys playing guitar and cheering on the Braves and Falcons.
